KEELADI | The Oldest Hindu Civilization

OLDEST HINDU CIVILIZATION - KEELADI 2500 years ago (3rd century )

Keeladi is the 2nd century city of Tamil Nadu. The village is called Keeladi and is located in Madurai district India. It is located 12 km southeast of Madurai. Keeladi existed before the time of Sangam. It is believed to be the largest civilization like Harappa and Mohenjodaro. It was an advanced civilization with international trade relations such as Rome, Egypt and China.


Interesting facts :

1) It was beyond caste and creed . The most advanced people whom think that caste is not a big issue in 3rd century ( Year 0481)
2) Advanced civilization with closed draining system and toilet facilities .
3) Water supply pipe made by terracotta. 
4)The artifacts discovered from Keeladi excavation includes stone celts which were used to sharpen tools made by the undiscovered animals . 
5) The archaeological department of India found out some ancient ROME, EGYPT and CHINA civilization coins meanwhile Keeladi also have the business link with the international traders and browsers.
6) Chess games of that civilization made by the elephant trunk.

This civilization is before the Sangam era that means the dynasty before the Pandya and Chola . The Keeladi excavation was abruptly stopped believing the habitat could be from the non-vedic and non-Aryan indigenous settlement, prove based on the researcher did not found any vedic , sastras and God statue . The most interesting facts in this civilization was they did not also believe in  caste system .
